About Me

Before becoming a coach, I worked as a solicitor in international law firms and then moved into education, where I have spent over fifteen years teaching, leading, and developing staff and students. I have designed and led leadership and professional development programmes, supported early career teachers and trainees, and worked closely with students and families navigating important academic and university decisions. I have designed and delivered student and parent sessions focusing on the science of attention and memory, and the application of this to effective and manageable study skills for adolescents.

I studied at Durham University and King’s College London, and from October 2026 I will begin doctoral study at the University of Cambridge, focusing on professional development through dialogue. I am a member of the Chartered College of Teaching and am working towards accredited coach status, having successfully completed the HMC Coaching Course, NASBTT Mentor training, and Coaching Skills for Educators (ICF accredited).

My coaching draws on experience across law, education, and leadership. I work with professionals, leaders, students, and families who want space to think clearly, make confident decisions, and move forward with purpose.
