Approach
My coaching is grounded in accredited training on an International Coaching Federation pathway, and is particularly informed by the co-active coaching model and Nancy Kline’s Time to Think . Central to this is the belief that the quality of attention shapes the quality of thinking.
I create a calm, focused space in which clients can think well. This includes time for silence, careful listening, and sustained attention, alongside gentle challenge and clear structure. The aim of coaching is to cultivate learning and growth, and my role is to facilitate that process with clarity and care.
My approach is also shaped by my yoga teaching practice, bringing a sense of presence, steadiness, and awareness to each conversation. Through this, I support clients to reflect deeply, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence.
