Student Coaching & UCAS Support
I work with secondary school students and families navigating university applications via UCAS and internationally. I offer family coaching and individual support, guiding students through the whole process - choosing courses and universities, refining personal statements, preparing for interviews, and offer acceptance. This can feel like a high-pressure and uncertain time for students and parents alike and an external, objective, experienced voice provides clarity, structure, and reassurance. I offer focused Oxbridge support, having worked with successful candidates for over a decade. I offer subject specific support for Law and History applicants.
In schools, I deliver student-facing sessions on memory, effective study strategies, and the science of willpower and habit formation. These sessions build independence, resilience, and long-term academic confidence. For parents and carers, I offer workshops such as “Helping your child through revision” for GCSE and A Level cohorts, providing practical strategies to support motivation, organisation, and wellbeing during examination periods. I also offer coaching-informed workshops for parents - "Improving communications with your teen" to support calm and reflective dialogue with adolescents.
Unlike commercial admissions consultants, I work as an educator and coach, focusing not only on outcomes but on developing confident, reflective, and independent young adults who are well-prepared for what comes next.
